Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, can result in:

  • fainting;
  • muscle weakness;
  • interruptions in the work of the heart muscle;
  • general lethargy;
  • dizziness;
  • pallor;
  • hunger.

In the presence of diabetes, in addition to the above symptoms:

  • coma;
  • fatal outcome;
  • nausea;
  • convulsions.

If for some reason you notice a trend towards an increase in sugar, then you should not throw all your food out the window, leaving only nuts and rose hips. To get started, try to adjust your diet, that is, eat at certain hours for several days. After a week or two, it is worth repeating the test results, if the sugar level is still elevated, then it is worth reconsidering your diet a little, excluding foods high in glucose.

Sometimes it is enough to exclude sweet desserts from the diet, replacing them with fruits, and cookies with sugar-free biscuits. Give up sweet tea and coffee, exclude sweet soda. So, the glucose level will fall into place without much effort.
