They can be boiled, they can be stewed or baked in the oven, you can make gravy with vegetables for hedgehogs, you can stew them in sour cream. In general, the options are limited only by your imagination. But I'm in recent times I cook everything in a slow cooker, solely because of lack of time. It is very simple and convenient. Pour a little vegetable oil into the slow cooker, put finely chopped onions and grated carrots on a coarse grater, turn on the “Frying” mode and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Next, from a pre-prepared meat base, we sculpt round balls with a diameter of 6-7 cm, approximately like snowballs, put them in a slow cooker, distributing them evenly, pour boiling water from the kettle so that the water covers the topmost hedgehogs, salt, add black peppercorns and bay sheet.
