The USE is the unified state exam. He takes all subjects, including German. The duration of the German exam is 180 minutes. The exam consists of three blocks: A, B and C. In the block A - 28 tasks, in B - 16, and in the most complex block C - 2. This exam is evaluated using a point scale. Thus, according to German The minimum test score is 20 . This means that you can pass the exam and higher than 20 points, but you can’t get less.

The exam is a difficult exam, but nevertheless, you don’t have to worry too much, but rather, how to prepare for it.

Here is what psychologists say about the exam:

During the exam time there is always psychological stress. Stress is an absolutely normal reaction of the body.

Light emotional outbursts are useful, they have a positive effect on performance and enhance mental activity. But excessive emotional stress often has the opposite effect.

The reason for this is, first of all, a personal attitude to the event. Therefore, it is important to form an adequate attitude to the situation. It will help graduates to rationally distribute their forces for preparing and passing the exam, and parents - to provide their child with the right assistance.

In order for the results of the USE in German to be objectively assessed, examinees are required to submit their drafts for verification.
Possible mistakes may be caused by excitement, and the draft attached to the form will show the course of reasoning and thought.

So, be patient, take time to prepare and you will succeed!

Information about the planned changes in KIM USE 2015

General changes

1. The structure of the KIM variant has been changed: each variant consists of two parts (part 1 - tasks with a short answer, part 2 - tasks with a detailed answer).

2. Tasks in the CMM variant are presented in the continuous numbering mode without letter designations A, B, C.

3. The form of writing the answer in tasks with a choice of one answer has been changed: as in tasks with a short answer, the number of the correct answer is written as a number (not a cross).

4. For most subjects, the number of tasks with a choice of one answer has been reduced.

5. Based on the analysis of statistical data on the results of the exam and the quality of CIM in a number of subjects, some lines of tasks were excluded, the form of a number of tasks was changed.

6. On an ongoing basis, work is underway to improve the criteria for evaluating tasks with a detailed answer.

Foreign languages- Fundamental changes in connection with the introduction of the "Speaking" section (there are no fundamental changes in the written part).

Auditing tasks A1-A7 with a choice of answers were transformed in KIM 2015 into task 3 to establish compliance with the same control objects.

The congress focused on the discussion of topical problems of transition to federal state educational standards. Deputy Head of the Division of Standards and Content in the Sphere of General Education of the Department public policy in the field of general education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Irina Litvin in her welcoming speech, she noted that among the main competencies that need to be formed among students in the 21st century are language skills and the development of interlingual and intercultural communication skills. She also added that the concept of teaching foreign languages will be developed in 2017.

Many experts stressed that over the past 10-15 years there has been a decline in interest in learning languages such as German, French, Spanish. However, the transition of schools to the compulsory study of a second foreign language should increase this interest. “With the transition to a compulsory second foreign language, we are moving away from the practically monolingual model that still prevails in our Russian school,” noted Oleg Radchenko, Head of the Center for Language Testing and Assistance to Migration Policy of the State Institute of the Russian Language named after A.S. Pushkin. The expert believes that already in the fifth grade it is possible to identify the abilities and interests of children and offer them to learn that second foreign language, which will help in the future in professional development.

Maria Lukyanchikova, deputy head of the language department of the Goethe Institute in Moscow, drew attention to a paradox - with a reduction in those wishing to learn German at school, this language is still perceived in a professional environment as a basic qualification component of a successful European education and the basis of a future stable career development. A considerable percentage of adults consciously choose to study German.

In the meantime, the number of those taking the exam in German is not growing. But, according to Sofia Furmanova, the head of the working group on the German language of the Federal Commission for the Development of KIMs of the Unified State Examination in Foreign Languages, the quality of the test results is growing. In 2016, the average test score in German increased from 61.8 to 66.3. Also, the number of "high-scorers" increased - from 23.8% to 31.4%. “At the same time, the guys cope more successfully with grammar and speaking, and less successfully with listening,” S. Furmanova added.

The congress also included round table"Ways to implement the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard in the field of teaching the German language", which, in particular, discussed the preparation of textbooks and manuals for learning a second foreign language. Experts noted that preparation for the USE should not be an end in itself when compiling textbooks. Furthermore, Alexander Bazhanov, deputy director of the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Moscow State Pedagogical University and a member of the team of authors of textbooks of the Horizons line in German as the second foreign publishing house Prosveshchenie, believes that if in grades 9-10 the teacher only prepares students for the exam, he simply will not fulfill the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard . “Language is like a living organism that develops and changes rapidly, there is nothing fixed here. In textbooks, we try to show various relevant modern phenomena, we use, for example, such concepts as brainstorming or crowdsourcing; We increase the number of topics, broaden our horizons. The textbook should not prepare for the OGE or the Unified State Examination, it should provide an opportunity to prepare for the exam.

Irina Karelina, head of the editorial office of the German language of the publishing house "Prosveshchenie", noted that the UMK "Horizons" is the only line of textbooks in German as a second foreign language, included in the Federal list of textbooks. “This year we are starting to test our new textbook for grade 5 in a number of regions of Russia,” Irina added.

Appeals

In order to resolve disputes arising from the evaluation of examination papers and to protect the rights of USE participants, a conflict commission worked. USE participants had the right to file two types of appeals with the conflict commission: on violation of the established procedure for conducting the USE and on disagreement with the points assigned. At all stages of the USE, the conflict commission received 2,265 (1,799 in 2013) appeals about disagreement with the scores, which is 1.25 times more than in 2013; in 2013, there were 1.4 times fewer appeals than in 2012 .

The number of appeals in the current year amounted to 12.3% of the total number of examination papers, in 2013 the number of appeals was 6.9% of the total number of examination papers, which is 30 times higher than the national level of appeals filed.

The number of appeals filed and satisfied based on the results of the USE is presented in Table 3.1.

Table 3.3.

Diagram 3.2.

Diagram 3.3.

As we can see from the summary table 3.3., the number of satisfied appeals in 2014 exceeded the number of satisfied appeals in 2013, this may be due to poor results in general education subjects, but cannot be an objective indicator of the work of subject commissions.

The growth of satisfied appeals was shown by the following subjects:

1. chemistry by 40.6%;

2. English - 22.3%;

3. Russian language by 14%;

5. history - 9.1%;

6. social science - 7.3%;

7. biology - 6.4%.

Diagram 3.4.

For a number of subjects, there was a decrease in satisfied appeals, which is associated with a smaller number of USE participants who began to complete the detailed part of the answers "C", these are:

1. literature -14.8%;

2. mathematics -13.7%;

3. physics - 3.5%;

4. Informatics and ICT - 0.5%.

In the course of the appeals, the experts of the subject commissions increased the scores in the works of the USE participants by 4 primary points - a total of 7 works: 3 in social science, 1 in the Russian language, 1 in history, 1 in English language, 1 in Literature. All works with an increase of 4 primary points were rechecked by federal subject commissions in the relevant subjects. The results of federal rechecks of these works were not in favor of the decisions made by our experts and the conflict commission. So, out of 7 papers with an increase of 4 primary points in one paper in English, the federal subject commission confirmed an increase of 2 primary points and in social studies - an increase of 1 primary point, the rest of the papers were refused an increase in points and remained unchanged. These results indicate the poor quality of the work of the experts of the subject commissions during the appeals or a biased attitude towards the USE participants.
