It paints surfaces that require high-quality processing, after applying putties and primers with paints and varnishes in several tones, performs grinding, priming, oiling and polishing them with various tools. Carries out painting of surfaces under simple drawing of various breeds of a tree, a marble and a stone. Apply drawings and inscriptions on stencils in two to three tones; numbers and letters without stencils. Paints parts and surfaces with electrostatic machines and electrostatic paint sprayers. Treats surfaces by spraying. Treats surfaces with corrosion inhibitors. Regulates the supply of air and paint to the spray guns. Covers products with bitumen-based varnishes and nitro-varnishes. Cleans closed volumes (cylinders, compartments). Paints and cleans (scrapes) ships at the docks. Performs interoperational protection with phosphate primers of sheet material and shaped rolled products for ship structures, except for tanks of drinking distilled and technical water, medical and technical fat. Deals paint coatings to the locations of the variable waterline of ships, for the processing of which high requirements are not imposed. Produces simple stencils. Prepares mixtures of oil paints and varnishes, nitro-paints, nitro-varnishes and synthetic enamels. Selects the color according to the given samples. Sets up mechanisms and devices that are used during painting work.
